The season of darkness when we plant the seeds of creativity

We are asked to be the light of the world, to shine the kindness and compassion needed. Our community together creates a collective healing; we need each other. We may not be able to embrace each other physically, but we can energetically feel the connection of belonging. The effort you put into the day will inspire you. The inspiration is to give life to the soul, to feel and to cultivate the magic of living from the heart.

Together, as we move toward the December 21 solstice, we renew our commitment to bring the beauty of the day to light by our own. pilot light! Let us be calm and peace in the storm for others.

Ancient yoga texts offer a deeper study of the understanding of the mind. The mind can be our best friend or our worst enemy. Please break free from the habit of a distracted mind that leads to doubt. Doubt feeds fear; Fear fuels danger. When the world feeds fear and doubt, we lose our way in the dark.

However, the teachings share that we always have a choice. We can choose to draw attention inward and cultivate a steady, focused mind by linking ourselves to our breathing. To unite the body and the breath, we can change the autonomic nervous system and awaken an inner calm of knowledge.

A peaceful presence of being in the body must be felt. We cannot control the result, but be present in the real experience of what is revealed, without judging whether it is pleasant or unpleasant. We can simply witness the mystery and the fear of being fully alive. I want to inspire inner knowledge because it awakens, and together we can illuminate our bright lights. The joy is to really feel calm and at ease as the nervous system changes as we develop towards the possibility.

It is in the age of darkness when we plant the seeds of creativity. Listen to the inner knowledge and be still. This is a profound opportunity to feed the invisible, the invisible. Take shape and allow us to transform into something new.

I’m anxious that the old man has to fall and I’ve accepted this season with the desire to let go. There is no rebirth without death. Transformation is the gift of living and we are grateful that we can be the light in the stormy night.

The light in me honors the light in you,

Laura Jane
