Maybe the patterns and life choices you’ve been following, without thinking, are holding you back from where you need to go next. Either way, you’ve been doing the work and now it’s time to reap some benefits.

Finding your way is not always clear. Plus, it’s not always there and it doesn’t have to be pretty. As humans, we each have a unique individual experience that takes us to different places, puts us in different situations, and leads us to different results, some that fulfill our wildest dreams and others that challenge us and change us for the better.

No matter what stage you are in on your journey, discovering your path is one of the most enlightening things that can happen to you … and it can happen when you least expect it.

We have selected Compass Pose as the posture of the week (for obvious reasons)

As you try to navigate this journey called life, yoga can play an important role in keeping us focused. This week we selected Compass Pose because it is a posture that embodies direction. The compass posture is very much a posture that looks like a compass, a comprehensive instrument to indicate the right direction. With your arm up, holding your foot, it seems as if your whole body can naturally guide you on the right path. Here are three other postures to get you started on Compass Pose.
